The customer is a local manufacturer in the United States that produces seats for aircraft and bus. The client wanted to maximize energy savings by installing a smart lighting control system in its factory. In addition, the client wanted to realize customized lighting in the area through group control.
In order to meet these needs, we used a lighting combination of LED UFO high bay light and LED Troffer light. By combining TIOSL Smart Lighting Control System with LED luminaires to realize functions such as daylight harvesting and group control, it saves more energy for client.
Due to the different lighting requirements of different spaces, we created multiple lighting areas during the design stage of the lighting scheme. The lighting scheme of each area are different. For example, the warehouse may be set to require 100% brightness, and the rest area only requires 50% brightness.More customized scene lighting allows the lights to greatly reduce energy waste and cut client's electricity bills on the basis of meeting their lighting needs.
