THERE IS A DELAY IN DISPLAYING THE LIGHT STATUS ON THE APP

THE NUMBER OF ADMINISTRATORS (HIGH PRIVILEGE) AND (LOW PRIVILEGE) PER ZONE

The maximum number of high and low privilege sharing cannot exceed the number of lamps in the zone.

CAN THE REMOTE CONTROL OR WALL SWITCH SET THE SCENE?

1. Not supported, it needs to be set from the APP, after the APP is set up, it can be started with one key

2. The 12-button remote control can directly group and set the scene mode

OPERATION IN AUTOMATIC MODE

1. Set the single light sensor (light group, all lights), so that it will be executed according to the sensor. If you use the APP to perform other operations, then the sensor mode will be interrupted. At this time, click on the automatic mode and it will return to the previous one. 

2. Click single light (light group, all lights), click Settings, select sensor settings, select the sensor type and time to be set, click Finish, the setting is successful

HOW TO USE THE MAP?

1. The mobile phone saves the floor plan or photos of the current area, and enters the arrangement to import the saved photos.

2. Then drag the light group or single light to the corresponding position on the floor plan to control the corresponding device on the map.

HOW TO UPLOAD AND DOWNLOAD?

1. When multiple users use the same zone, the set data may be different.

2. After user 1 finishes setting, upload the current setting information, and user 2 clicks download, then their data can be displayed synchronously.

HOW TO RESET THE SENSOR?

1. Magnetic adsorption (the magnet is placed above the sensor, and it can be reset successfully in 8-12s)

2. Power on and off (power on for 1s, then power off for 10s and repeat four times)

3. Deleted in APP

4. Long press the switch above the sensor for 5-10s
