HOW MANY ZONES CAN BE SET?

Different from light groups, zones can be set without limitations.

HOW TO RESET THE SWITCH?

Longp press the switch (switch + scene) for 5-10s to reset successfully.

HOW TO ADD LIGHTS?

Open the APP, click "+", and search for the device. Then click "√" to select all to add the devices. (The devices need to be connected to the network one by one, so the more devices, the longer it takes)

THE DATA SET BY THE APP DISAPPEARS.

The device uses Bluetooth mesh. It needs to read back the device information every time it goes online. The time for reading back is extended according to the number of devices in the area. It is recommended to wait a little longer.

THERE ARE TOO MANY DEVICES AND IT IS DIFFICULT TO DISTINGUISH THEM.

a. It is recommended that the user name each device after adding lights in order to avoid forgetting, otherwise the default ID when connecting to the network will be used.

b. The area can be divided into multiple groups for control (grouping equipment can be selected by yourself)

WILL THE ALREADY SET SENSORS FAIL?

a. The already set sensor will not fail as long as the light is not dimmed or turned off. Even if the power is turned off and on again (physical power off), the current working method can be maintained.

b. If the light is turned off or dimmed through the switch, remote control, or APP, the working mode of the sensor will be interrupted, and the sensor will not work.

WHEN WILL THE EQUIPMENT BE AVAILABLE FOR OTA?

The OTA function is only available for devices after January 2021. The previous devices did not include OTA files, so it cannot be used.

HOW TO SET THE SCENE?

First of all, set the desired effect for the device that needs to be set up the scene, such as color temperature and brightness, then enter the scene, long press to edit, then select the device, and then save it. After saving, the device will save the current working mode. Any operation after that (such as turning off the light), click on the scene to return to the current working mode (if it successfully returns to the set brightness and color temperature, it means that the scene setting is successful, otherwise it fails and needs to be reset).
